These Terms of Service govern your use of kaldwellagency.co.uk and any services provided by Kaldwell Agency Ltd (registered in England and Wales). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, your signed Service Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement takes precedence.

Kaldwell Agency provides local SEO services to UK tradespeople, including but not limited to: Google Business Profile optimisation, citation building, content creation, review management, call tracking, and related digital marketing services.
The specific services delivered to each client are defined in the client's signed Service Agreement. Services are delivered remotely and are available to businesses based anywhere in the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any business that we reasonably believe would bring Kaldwell Agency into disrepute or that operates unlawfully.
Monthly retainer fees are collected via GoCardless Direct Debit on the first of each month, in advance. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received. We will notify you of any failed payment and allow 5 working days to resolve the issue before suspending services.
All fees are as stated at the time of your Service Agreement. We reserve the right to amend pricing with 30 days written notice. You may cancel within the notice period if you do not accept the new pricing.
Either party may cancel the service arrangement by providing 30 days written notice via email to info@kaldwellagency.co.uk. There is no minimum contract term and no exit fees.
We will continue delivering your agreed services in full during the notice period. No refunds are provided for the notice period month unless the 60-day results guarantee applies.
Upon cancellation, we will provide a full handover document within 10 working days covering all work completed, logins, and assets. Everything we have built remains the property of the client.
If we do not demonstrate measurable improvement in your Google Business Profile performance within 60 days of commencing work, we will refund your first month's fee in full within 5 working days of a written claim.

All content, rankings, citations, and Google Business Profile assets created by Kaldwell Agency during the course of providing services are the intellectual property of the client upon creation.
Kaldwell Agency retains the right to reference client work as a case study or example in its own marketing materials, unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing. No identifying information will be shared without explicit consent.
Kaldwell Agency's own website content, branding, tools, and templates remain the intellectual property of Kaldwell Agency Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Kaldwell Agency's total liability in connection with any service is limited to the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We cannot guarantee specific Google ranking positions, as search engine algorithms are outside our control and change frequently. Our services are designed to maximise your visibility but we make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including lost revenue or lost profits, arising from our services or their interruption.
You may use kaldwellagency.co.uk for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website at any time without notice for operational or security reasons. We are not liable for any loss arising from such suspension.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify existing clients of material changes with 30 days written notice. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
